How inquiry information is handled

Last updated September 15, 2026

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry or contact us by email, Change Collaboration LLC receives the contact and business information you choose to provide. The inquiry form also records the page, referring website domain, and campaign parameters used to reach it so we can understand which marketing is useful. This site does not use advertising cookies. Please do not submit confidential, personal, regulated, or proprietary materials through the website.

How it is used

Inquiry information is used to send a receipt confirmation, respond, evaluate whether an AI@OCM sprint may be a fit, arrange a conversation, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the website from misuse. It is not sold.

AI processing

The website does not automatically send inquiry-form content to a generative AI provider. If an engagement proceeds, the written agreement and data-handling proof gate define which materials, if any, may be processed by an approved AI service. Training exclusion, provider retention, Change Collaboration storage, routing, and deletion are evaluated separately for the actual account and configuration.

Service providers and retention

The website, inquiry database, and email delivery may be supported by contracted technology providers that process information to provide those services. Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, security, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information by emailing service@changecollaboration.com. Some information may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
